We strive to bring quality products and service to our valued customers.  With that we try to ensure our customers satisfaction.  But not every product or every fragrance will appeal to everyone.  If you are unsure of a product or fragrance, feel free to email us with any and all questions.  You can also visit our sample page and purchase sample sized products prior to purchasing our full size product line.

With that in mind, Barely Gentle offers the following return policy:  "DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ALL SALES ARE FINAL".

Flat Shipping: Shipping rate is just $7.95 to anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. You may order as much of any of the items in our catalog as you like. U.S. shipments will be sent USPS Priority Mail. This includes retail orders only, not wholesale orders.

You can request any express method provided US Postal Service; we will gladly give you a shipping quote.

International shipments are welcome and will always be sent by US Postal Service First Class International (maximum 4 lbs.)  Anything exceeding 4 lbs will ship US Postal Service International Priority.

 Current turnaround time on orders is 2-5 business days.
